We just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team at the Bridge. From start to finish our wedding was the perfect day with the perfect venue, staff and service.
Rachel, who led arrangements and planning was incredible and so thorough. As soon as she took the lead on the build up to our day, my nerves were settled and I felt so relaxed leaving everything in her hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to run the show.
I would also like to mention Laura, the general manager who was our other point of contact. She’s also been great and really stood out the morning after our wedding. She led the busy breakfast and couldn’t have been more interactive, friendly and professional. We had so many guests comment on how lovely and helpful she was after the breakfast on the Sunday morning.
From food, to scenery, to overall feel of the day. It was perfect and everyone has already commented on how amazing the choice of venue was. Chloe and the team led a well organised day and I can’t thank you all enough!

"What can I possibly say to convey how absolutely thrilled we both are. We had the most epic day! From start to finish it was perfect. Rachel, Paul and Chloe you have gone above and beyond for James and I and we’ll forever be grateful. The dressing room was the most perfect start to the day with breakfast for me and my girls, Heather (makeup lady) had said she had never had such a chilled wedding morning with any bride before like we had on my wedding morning. She said having room to move around and the atmosphere was great. It was just pure happiness and no stress whatsoever. Once I was dressed and ready, you escorted me to the ceremony, where I almost lost myself in emotion but once I saw James his emotion took over. Haha xxThe most perfect setting! As I looked around the terrace seeing all my family and friends and married my love looking out over towards the bridge and the gardens, and the sun came out for us. It was pure perfection. It’s like you dream it, but then it happens and even better than you could have imagined. I have never been so happy, in fact it was bliss and I could have stayed in that moment forever. Wow! The function room had been turned into our own palace and you guys were the most attentive, caring, fun, nothing too much trouble team of people looking after us. The food was delicious, everyone commented how stunning dinner was, and wow the panacotta was perfection. The Yorkshire pudding was a firm favourite too!! A quick turnaround for the evening and again, amazing. I danced all night! His and hers cocktails! Chicken Gyros, Halloumi, salad , absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t have dreamed for a better day!!! The loveliest staff! How fun are they, they joined in with our celebration and it was brilliant. The amazing young man who wore a cap, he is fantastic, I never caught his name sadly but please thank him, thank everyone. He even joined in with the conga! Xx I hope you enjoyed the secret singer as much as I did. Hahaha omg!! Up on my chair! I blame the Gin!!! Xxx The bridge hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you, you beautiful people

The Bridge, you, Laura, Chloe, and all the staff were exceptional! From the second we arrived we were just beaming! The sausage was such a surprise - I still can’t believe you let us bury it haha never mind set up a little area complete with sign and spade! And how well has it worked!
The day was everything we hoped for and more, we didn’t worry one second about timings or logistics etc and that was all down to you guys. The rooms looked incredible, the music was spot on, the food was delicious and the bar staff…the poor bar staff! I hope they have recovered from our lot! But they were exceptional, everyone said they have never been to a wedding before where you weren’t waiting for service, they really were all a credit to you. There was a girl with pink hair who I’d just love to shout out (sorry, I don’t remember her name) she was really lovely and looked after us so well! All the team were superb though! And the night porter, he couldn’t do enough for us ❤️
We had the most amazing day, and we couldn’t have picked a better venue.
We will be back to you soon with some more thanks, sorry we haven’t been back sooner.
